I didn't intend to go to my local Car Boot Sale today as I had so much to do but after some persuasion, that's where I ended up this morning. I was so glad that I did as this is what I brought home.
These beautiful mugs and matching plates were a complete surprise. They're by Warren Kimble the American Folk Artist.
I just love this kind of Folk Art. I think it's the houses that appeal to me. I have quilt panels with lovely little houses on too.
I'll have to get some stands for the plates to display them better.
